Okay, if i still have any readers after my blog laziness, here is a quick update! I am posting some pictures that I intended to post a month ago! My sweet NaNa sent the kids a box in the mail with lots of fun Valentine's gifts. I snapped a few pictures of them playing with the toys. They were so excited to get mail and loved the toys and suckers! They also got some great Valentines from mine and Brian's parents but I lacked on my documenting skills this Valentine's Day and didn't take pics. I will post some pics of our Disney World trip soon. It is just an overwhelming task because I took so many pictures! How will I choose which ones to post?! Stay tuned. I will try to do it later this week!

Pigtails, Pancakes and Pajamas
We had a fun morning at church Saturday called pancakes and pajamas. The preschoolers came dressed in pajamas and had pancakes and made Valentine's Day crafts. It was so cute and fun. Brian obviously wore my robe, as you will see below! We had a great family day. After this we went to the park and Chick-fil-A. Then that night we all watched Horton Hears a Who together. The kids actually watched the whole movie with us, which has never happened. It was a great Saturday. I also put some pictures on here of Ansley's pigtails I did the other day. She looked like such a cutie. If I can get her to be still enough I will be doing this more often. The picture of Ty is just a cute bonus!

Valentine's Cookies
Finger lickin' good
Of course he picked the biggest one!
Friday we had a fun day at home. These days we are rarely at home all day on a weekday so the kids and I just enjoyed hanging out together. We made Valentine's cookies after lunch. The kids had a blast and really enjoyed eating the cookies after making them! I ate one and decided my sugar cookie days are over after feeling nauseated for 30 minutes post-consumption! Here are some pics.

Petty Family Christmas
I'm finally finishing up putting Christmas pictures on here! At least I got it done before Easter! We celebrated Christmas with the Petty family the week after Christmas when Brian's sister Kimberly and her family were in town. We had a big dinner and opened presents. It was lots of fun. It's always an adventure when we get together. Imagine 10 adults, an 8 year old, a six year old, FOUR 3 year olds, two 1 year olds and one 6 month old! Yup, that's the truth. We are a fertile bunch. It is so great to all be together though, and bless Brian's mom for allowing us to all be in her house at one time! Here are some pictures of the fun.

Christmas Morning
Okay, so this post is a little late, but better late than never! These are some pictures from Christmas morning at our house. This is a special time for us. It is the only time over Christmas that it is just the 4 of us. We love being with both of our families, but it is sweet to have this litte time just with the kids. We opened gifts from Santa and ate breakfast together. Then after the kids played for a few hours we went to Kendria and Bryce's house for lunch. The kids had so much fun opening their gifts from Santa. They were so excited this year. I loved seeing the looks on their faces. We're so thankful for our 2 precious children and that we were able to have such a great Christmas together.

Christmas Eve at Mom and Dad's
On Christmas Eve we always have a big dinner and open gifts with my family. It is definitely a highlight of my year. We had a great time this year. The kids are at such fun ages, and really make it so fun. As usual Mom made an AMAZING meal with everyones' favorites! Here are some pics from the night. Unfortunately, in my focus on the kiddos, I didn't get pics of all the grown ups, but Mom, Dad, Aunt Karen, and my NaNa were all there with us!
Ansley was excited about her new pony!
The Dixon boys are serious about these new uniforms!
