VBS 2009
Last week we had VBS at church. The theme was "Peter, Peter, Powerful Preacher". We had a great time. There were over 400 kids there! This was Ansley's first year and she really loved it. Ty loved it too. He was sad to see it end. I enjoyed it, but wasn't too sad to see it end. Afterall, kids start to get cranky after being kept up that late for 4 nights! We are really just now getting over it, but it was so worth it. I got to work on the elementary school floor this year and really enjoyed being around older kids. I'm so thankful that we are part of a church that puts so much emphasis on teaching kids about Jesus. We have AMAZING children's ministers who pull this off every year with a lot of volunteers. Here are a few pics I snapped.
